Email or WhatsApp messaging is the most efficient way to reach me, as I am frequently in consultation during the day. I will respond to your request with available appointment options and further details as soon as possible.
Please note that telephone calls are not routinely monitored. If you prefer to call, please leave a voicemail and I will return your call when I am free, or alternatively, feel free to email or message me.
Please note: In accordance with NHS regulations and to avoid conflicts of interest, Dr Sarwar is unable to see any patient privately who is currently registered for NHS care at Leeds City Medical Practice.
